I already got to know Struktur Management Partner in 2002 as an intern while studying economics. The environment and tasks fascinated me so much that I started as a consultant after completing my degree in economics in Bonn. After five years with Struktur Management Partner, I spent three years with a leading strategy consultancy advising listed medium-sized companies and corporations. Lured by operational management responsibility, I then worked for three years as an independent managing director with a focus on restructuring in the private equity environment. I have now been a partner at Struktur Management Partner since mid-2016. Nowhere else can I make a measurable financial and idealistic value contribution, assume conceptual and operational responsibility and be part of a corporate culture of integrity. My three career stages (i) medium-sized restructuring, (ii) strategic development and (iii) operational management now enable me to design restructuring processes as a consultant and manager holistically and effectively.
