Prof. Dr. Lars Penke, Professor of Psychology and expert in biological personality psychology, researches how our genes and hormones influence our behavior in relationships. He talks to Georgiy Michailov about the scientific background to our choice of partner and explains why gender-specific differences in relationships are evolutionary.

In the first part of this SMP LeaderTalk, you will find out why men react differently to jealousy than women and Prof. Dr. Penke clarifies the question of whether classic monogamy is becoming an obsolete model.
